Common questions

Where is my data? Only on your iPhone and Apple Watch. There is no account, so there's nothing to log in to and nothing we can recover for you.

How do I delete everything? Settings › Delete everything in Calcuna. Deleting the app also deletes its data. Entries saved to Apple Health stay in the Health app.

How do I cancel Calcuna Plus? iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Calcuna Plus. Cancelling keeps Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

I bought Plus but the app doesn't show it. In Calcuna, open Calcuna Plus and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
